Tai Ku Labs ("Tai Ku," "we," "us") operates tai-ku.com. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What We Collect

We only collect information you give us directly:

• Contact form: name, email, company, and message, when you submit our inquiry form.
• Newsletter signups: email address, when you subscribe for updates.
• Analytics: aggregate, anonymized traffic data via Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, referrer, device type, approximate region). We do not collect names, email addresses, or other personally identifying information through analytics.

How We Use It

• To respond to your inquiry or proposal request.
• To send you newsletter updates on Tai Ku activations, projects, and culture, only if you subscribe.
• To understand how visitors find and move through our site so we can improve it.

Where It's Stored

Contact form submissions and newsletter signups are stored in our own systems: Airtable (our Master CRM) and Beehiiv (for newsletter delivery). Both services are industry-standard and protect data with encryption in transit and at rest. We do not rent, sell, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies

Our site uses a minimal set of cookies, primarily from Google Analytics for aggregate measurement. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.

AI and Your Data

Your Choices

• Unsubscribe from newsletter: every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Request deletion: email info@tai-ku.com and we'll remove your information from our systems within a reasonable time.
• Opt out of analytics: use your browser's "Do Not Track" setting or a content blocker.

Children

Our site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
